MUSIC.

HISTORY.
Each program highlights how composers, traditions, and tastes reflected the societies in which they were made. By pairing classical works with historically inspired desserts, BWTC offers audiences a multi-sensory way to experience the past, deepening understanding of cultural heritage while engaging both mind and senses.
An interdisciplinary concert experience that brings together HISTORY, MUSIC, and BAKES, as interconnected expressions of culture.
BWTC IS ...

Each concert shares the stories behind the music. Envision the opulence and intrigue of Versailles, the domestic warmth of Viennese salons, or the modern voices of the 20th century. Learning about the composers, their patrons, and the times they lived in helps audiences see how music was shaped by history, and how those same themes still speak to us today.
Historical and cultural lens
HISTORY

Every program features piano and chamber music that tells a story. From lively pieces by Haydn to the colorful sounds of Debussy, to the glittering brilliance of Rameau, the performances are designed to be intimate and engaging, making classical music feel personal and easy to connect with.
The heart of every program
MUSIC

Every performance ends with a showstopper creation inspired by the program. Whether it’s an Esterházy Torte, Marie Antoinette’s éclair tower, or an elegant afternoon tea table spread, the creations turn history into something one can taste, creating a fun and memorable way to enjoy music together.
